All our conveyancers are closely supervised by one of our Senior Solicitors, each of whom has considerable experience in property transactions and is a specialist in this type of legal work. Established in 1887 we operated as a traditional high street firm until the mid 1980’s when centralised lenders started to compete with the mainstream banks. Around that time we recognised the opportunities that the changes in the market opened up. We invested heavily in technology to improve efficiencies and have continued to move with the times. They also use our Video Conferencing facility for face to face advice such as PG’s. As a consequence of our approach we have both retained the business of the people that we act for and also acquired many new clients as news of our excellent reputation has spread.
