Gulrez graduated from the University of Manchester in 2011. Following a strong interest in law, he went on to pursue his legal education through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), where he successfully completed both the Level 3 and Level 6 qualifications in Law and Practice. Gulrez is set to qualify as a CILEx Lawyer in 2026, marking a significant milestone in his legal career.
Gulrez is based at Russell & Russell’s head office in Bolton, where he works within the conveyancing department as part of the commercial property team. He has developed solid experience advising on a range of transactions, including purchases, remortgages, and commercial buy-to-let matters, as well as more specialised work such as transfers of part and lease extensions, acting on behalf of lenders. Known for his attention to detail and practical approach, Gulrez plays a key role in ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
