Wayne joined Russell & Russell as Practice Manager in February 2025 with a wealth of experience gained over 25 years in law firm management. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and Attorney (South Africa) and has worked in a variety of roles ranging from financial through to operational management, both locally and abroad. When not juggling the various demands of the day to day management of the firm, Wayne enjoys spending time with his family, reading, water sports and travel.
