Our People

Rebecca obtained a BA in Primary Education specialising in Special Educational Needs Disability and went on to achieve a Masters in Law at Liverpool John Moores University in 2018. During her time at university she volunteered in the Legal advice clinic, giving advice to assist those who were otherwise unable to access free legal advice. This is where she developed her interest in Private client work and she enjoyed helping people struggling with probates whether simple or more complex.  She has worked on private client matters since 2018, first as a paralegal then a trainee solicitor. Rebecca qualified as a solicitor with Russell & Russell in December 2022. She has experience in: Wills, Power of Attorneys, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Trust administration (including the appointment and retirement of Trustees), probate applications and estate administration. Her experience in estate administration includes some cross- border estate administration and taxable estates. 

Outside of the office Rebecca is usually planning another trip to see somewhere new in the world and explore. She loves to experience new cultures and travel to new places.
