Katie graduated from The University of Manchester in 2012 with a BA Hons in History & Sociology which is where she first developed an interest in Criminology, and a few years later she was awarded a Distinction for a Masters Degree in Criminology & Sociology from the University Of Bangor.
Katie furthered her interest in Criminal Law by clerking at Bolton Crown Court before joining Russell & Russell as a Paralegal where she now works in our Criminal Department based at our Head Office in Bolton. Katie deals with all types of criminal matters including Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court files. Katie is a fully qualified Police Station Representative and is currently completing her SQE to become a qualified Solicitor.
Outside of work time Katie can be found either pottering in her garden growing fruit, vegetables and exotic plants, although she says not always successfully, or by taking long walks across the Cheshire countryside.
