Joshelle is a Duty Solicitor who joined the Practice in 2022. She Qualified as a Solicitor in 2020, having completed the Legal Practice Course whilst working fulltime. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, she spent many years as criminal paralegal and Police Station Representative.

Joshelle has been directly involved In and instrumental In an array of matters including Article 2 Inquests, the successful challenging of Judicial decisions by way of Judicial Reviews and successfully defending Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions.

Joshelle is experienced in advocacy in the Magistrates’ and County Courts. She acquired her Criminal Higher Rights of Audience, whilst completing her training Contract.

Joshelle prides herself on her client care and approachability. She is passionate about being a tenacious defence lawyer, having a keen eye for detail and legal issues either at the Police Station or Court.

In her free time Joshelle enjoys socialising with her friends and family .
