“I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the very helpful and compassionate way in which you supported and represented me during my recent case.
“From when I first met you after being arrested… I have felt you were working in my interests and giving me good advice despite the stupid things I had done to get in to the situation in the first place… indeed I appreciated the humour you often injected in to our meetings as well!
“As you know I have been lucky in having a very supportive wife… and I should like to thank you also for the respect and support you showed to her too.
“For anyone else who finds themselves in a similar situation to myself I would have no hesitation in recommending that they approach you to represent them.”
Every employee is immensely professional whilst simultaneously bringing their own unique flair and personalities into their work. They all expressed kindness, patience, empathy and compassion which inspires a level of trust and respect in an otherwise very touchy situation.
The individuality of the employee is what makes then relatable and easy to talk to. Don't change anything!!
I wish everyone the best, good health and futures filled with joy. Thank you everyone and take care
