Keith is a salaried partner and Head of the Private Family Law Department working from the Newport Street office in Bolton. Keith has been a solicitor for over 35 years. He is an accredited family law specialist on both the Resolution and the Law Society’s Advanced Family Law Panels.
Keith is one of a small number of specialists across the country accredited by Resolution in the area of cohabitation and unmarried property disputes.
Keith has an empathic manner and follows the Resolution Code of Practice by commitment to resolving family disputes in a non-confrontation al and constructive manner.
As an accredited Family Law specialist Keith is an approved expert in the fields of Financial Remedy divorce disputes; private children cases; domestic abuse, as well as cohabitation and unmarried property disputes. Keith is able to deal with cases effectively and efficiently. He has completed rigorous assessments that tested his expertise and the way he works with clients, so that you can be confident that he will have your family’s best interests at heart.
Outside of work enjoys country walks; mountain biking and keep fit. Keith is a lifelong fan of Watford FC
