Davinia attended university in Leicester and went on to undertake the Law Society Finals course in Chester.
Following her qualifying as a Solicitor, she has worked in both Greater Manchester and Cheshire specialising in child protection and predominately representing Children’s Services Departments. She spent a number of years within the Senior Management Team at Manchester City Council before moving to Russell and Russell in March 2020.
Davinia is a member of our specialist Child Care Department covering cases across a variety of local authorities, acting for parties in all regards, from local authorities to parents
Outside of work Davinia likes to spend time with her family and to socialise with friends.
