Victoria is qualified with a degree in geography from the University of Manchester, which she obtained in 2002. She went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDipL) at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2005 and then the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2006. She fulfilled her training contract at Russell & Russell and qualified as a Solicitor in 2009.

Victoria is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), an independent organisation of solicitors, barristers and chartered legal executives who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. 

Victoria is also a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), the highest level of membership reflecting her expertise in this area.

 Working from the Newport Street office in Bolton, Victoria specialises in mental capacity law and assisting those with mental health issues under the Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney or Appointeeship. She also undertakes wills and probate work.

Outside of her work, Victoria acts as a Trustee for Wigan & Leigh Carers Centre helping to support the vital role that unpaid carers undertake everyday.
